“Ready darl?’
Belle nodded with a smile as both mother and daughter turned and exited the hospital doors, ready to get back home and to normal food and life again.
Once they were down at the car Geoff was already waiting, a smile plastered across his face and a set of L plates displaying on the front and back windows.
“Geoff... you got your L’s...’ Belle beamed as Geoff nodded and Irene also smiled.
“Yep and I’m driving home too,’ he said as Belle’s eyes widened.
